It’s time to enter the 2025-2026 National PTA Reflections arts contest! Reflections has been a staple arts program in many schools for over 50 years. Through the efforts of our local PTAs, millions of students have found a creative outlet in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts.
Categories: dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and 2D visual arts (winners will be selected from Pre-K - 2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, and accessible arts divisions in each category)
2025 contest theme: I Belong! Learn more about this theme here.
Entries will be judged at Lily B. Clayton first, and then our first-place entries will be sent to the Fort Worth ISD Council of PTAs for regional judging and potential advancement to the State contest.
Rules and entry forms are available below and also on this page.
Please note that a member of the student artist's household must be a member of our 2025-2026 PTA by October 31, 2025 in order to be eligible to compete. You can join our PTA here. We will work to make sure any student who wants to participate and may potentially go on to the district contest satisfies that eligibility requirement.
Other requirements include submission of a title and artist's statement, requirements regarding original work and plagiarism, and more specific requirements for each contest category. Please refer to the rules and entry form for more information.
Entry deadline: Monday, November 17, 2025.
Please bring submissions to the front office to be judged. Once judging is complete, artwork not selected will be returned to the student.
Entries that advance to State judging will be invited to the Spring 2026 Council of PTAs Awards reception with gifts and cash prizes.
