Registration for 2025-26 School Year

Registration is online for new and returning students

Online Registration

For New and Returning Students:

Parents, it’s time for you to update important school registration forms. Online registration is for all Lily B. Clayton Elementary students – both new and returning – and is a must in order to be enrolled in a Fort Worth ISD school.

The process for returning students is fast and should take from five to ten minutes. Using your student’s student ID, confirm the information you’ve previously supplied or update any new information. A returning student is defined as a student who completed the last school year in Fort Worth ISD. You will need your student ID to begin registration. You can contact the Lily B. Data Clerk if you need help finding your student's ID number. Ms. Garcia can be reached at daisy.garcia@fwisd.org.

Families of new students will find the process easy, as well – with instructions for uploading all necessary documents. A new student has not previously attended a Fort Worth ISD school or is transferring back to FWISD from another district.

Visit https://www.fwisd.org/registration and click the registration button to begin the process. You will also find helpful Questions and Answers. Make sure all required fields and uploaded documents are complete before submitting. After submission, changes can only be made at the campus.

On or after July 21, you may call Lily B. Clayton Elementary (817-814-5400) for Student ID assistance or general registration questions. Campus personnel have been trained to answer your questions.

If you are unable to make contact at Lily B. and still have registration questions, email enrollment@fwisd.org.

Transfer Information

Transfers for students outside the Lily B. zone (ONLY IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE)

The Spring registration will take place for our neighborhood students who are qualified by residence to attend Lily B. Clayton Elementary School. Check here to see if you qualify. Typically, there will be no transfers taken before the start of the school year. More information about the transfer process is available here.

When can I register my child?

Beginning April 1, visit www.fwisd.org/registration and select the Registration button.

How do I sign up for the Dual Language program?

Registration begins April 1 as part of the regular registration process. The registration is a lottery system, Lily B. typically has a waiting list each year. English-speaking students must start the Two-Way Dual Language program in pre-k, kindergarten, or the first semester of 1st grade. Students currently in the Two-Way Dual Language program do not need to re-apply through the lottery. More information about the FWISD Dual Lanuage program is available here.

Tours

Tours of Lily B. Clayton are given by appointment only. The groups will be kept small so that you may observe classrooms.
