Welcome to the School Library!
The Millicent Keeble Library, named in honor of former Lily B. principal Millicent Keeble who worked countless unpaid hours managing and building the Lily B. library collection, is a very important part of our school.
When school is in session, your child has an opportunity to visit the library weekly. Contact your child’s teacher to find out more about how their class will be using the library. Parents are welcome to come in and set up a library account and may check out up to six books at a time. We have books in both English and Spanish that parents may check out. Parents are welcome in the library Monday through Friday mornings from 7:40 to 8:15 am.
We have a two week loan period, but do not charge daily fines for late books. We do, however, charge fines for books that are lost or damaged: $15 per book that requires replacement. Ready to research? Stop by the library for information on accessing our online databases from your home computer.
Volunteering: Parents and grandparents like to sign up to volunteer when their child's class visits the library. Please go to the Library Volunteers page to sign up.
Online Access: Students may access the library website through the Follett app from ClassLink (see below).
