Eric Montoya
Assistant Principal
Bio: I am beyond excited to start a fourth year as the Assistant Principal at Sweet Lily B. It was an honor to have my first year at Lily B. Clayton be its centennial year.
I am a very proud resident of Fort Worth and a very proud product of FWISD. I attended South Fort Worth Elementary School, (now named, Richard J. Wilson ES), J.P. Elder Middle School, and the High School of Medical Professions at North Side.
I earned my Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees at Texas Wesleyan University. I currently serve as the President of the Alumni Board of Directors at Texas Wesleyan University. Go Rams! Smaller, Smarter!
I have worked in education with FWISD for 20+ years in different capacities. I taught for 10 years at Alice Carlson Applied Learning Center. I am currently in my eighth year as an Assistant Principal. I believe in ensuring the safety of all students that will allow them to thrive academically, as well as meeting their social and emotional needs.
I enjoy spending time with my family and close friends and love my niece Gabriella!
