FWISD MODIFIES MEALS TO GO SCHEDULE WEEK OF JANUARY 4
(Thursday, December 17, 2020) -- The Fort Worth ISD is modifying the Meals To Go schedule the week of January 4, 2021.
Curbside breakfast and lunch for Fort Worth ISD virtual learners will be available at 28 convenient District sites on Wednesday, January 6 for January 6, 7 and 8. Regular meal pickup, twice weekly on Monday and Thursday, resumes Monday, January 11, 2021.
There will be no Meals To Go service during the winter break, December 21-January 4. The District has compiled a list of locations where food is being distributed around the city throughout the break here.
Meals remain free for all students because of a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announcement earlier this year that free meals are available to ALL students, regardless of economic status for the rest of the school year.
