Dr. Stephanie Hughes - Principal

Education: I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Texas, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from University of Texas at Arlington, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Baylor University.

Experience: I began my career at Fort Worth ISD in 1999 as an 8th grade math teacher at Forest Oak Middle School. I then served as an Assistant Principal at Springdale Elementary School from 2000-2005, and as Principal at Bonnie Brae Elementary School from 2005-2011.

I am excited about the opportunity to work with the staff, students, parents and community of Lily B. Clayton.

Eric Montoya - Assistant Principal

Bio: I am beyond excited to start a second year as the Assistant Principal at Sweet Lily B. It was an honor to have my first year at Lily B. Clayton be its centennial year.

I am a very proud resident of Fort Worth and a very proud product of FWISD. I attended South Fort Worth Elementary School, (now named, Richard J. Wilson ES), J.P. Elder Middle School, and the High School of Medical Professions at North Side.

I earned my Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees at Texas Wesleyan University. I currently serve as the President of the Alumni Board of Directors at Texas Wesleyan University. Go Rams! Smaller, Smarter!

I have worked in education with FWISD for 20 years in different capacities. I taught for 10 years at Alice Carlson Applied Learning Center. I am currently in my sixth year as an Assistant Principal. I believe in ensuring the safety of all students that will allow them to thrive academically, as well as meeting their social and emotional needs.

I enjoy spending time with my family and close friends and love my 5-year-old niece Gabriella!
