Back-to-School Signup

This year we have created an on-line version of the Student Handbook and PTA Back-to-School Packet.  By doing these on-line, we are saving paper as well as teacher and volunteer time!  
 
The signup can be completed in 3 easy steps:  
1  Fill out the Volunteer Form to let us know how you would like to be involved this year. 
In-school volunteers must also complete the background check form that is available on the volunteer page.  Please fill out a new form every year.    
We are excited to offer a new on-line payment system again this year.  You can get everything done in 1 place!    
 
3   Read then sign and return the Acknowledgement Form of the Student Handbook. 
Paper copies of the Student Handbook will only be available by request.
 
Paper copies of the PTA forms will come home on Meet the Teacher night and the first week of school.  If you have already done these steps then please just recycle those forms!  Please complete the on-line or paper forms by Thursday, September 15, 2011.
