Please open and read the Student Handbook (attached below) and then sign and return only the Acknowledgement Form (Page 22) to your child's teacher by Friday, September 9, 2011.
- The Acknowledgement Form has will come home in your child's beginning of school packet.
- If you are not sure how to print just one page, the Acknowledgement Form (page 22) is also attached as a separate document.
- If you would like a paper copy of the Student Handbook, please fill out the request form that comes home in your child's folder.
- Don't forget to print 1 for each child that you have in school!
