Dr. Stephanie Hughes - Principal Experience: Stephanie Hughes brings 20 years of experience in education to Lily B. Clayton Elementary School. She began her career at Fort Worth ISD in 1999 as an 8th grade math teacher at Forest Oak Middle School. Hughes then served as an Assistant Principal at Springdale Elementary School from 2000-2005, and as Principal at Bonnie Brae Elementary School from 2005-2011. I attended Circle Park Elementary, J.P. Elder Middle, and North Side High School. My Bachelors is in Criminology and Criminal Justice. My master’s degree is in administration. Experience: I taught in a 4th grade classroom for seven years and then worked as a Title-1 teacher for another seven years at Worth Heights Elementary. I left Worth Heights and joined the Fort Worth After School Department. I was a Fort Worth After School Coordinator for 1 year before I became the Assistant Principal at Sweet Lily B. Clayton. I have been with Lily B. Clayton since 2007.
