Welcome to the Lily B. Clayton elementary school PTA web site.  Lily B. Clayton is a Pre-K through 5th grade public Elementary School located in Fort Worth, Texas.
We are a Dual Language Enrichment campus.

Back-to-School Signup

The signup can be completed in 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Fill out the Volunteer Form to let us know how you would like to be involved this year. In-school volunteers must also complete the background check form that is available on the volunteer page. Please fill out a new form every year. 

Step 2: Sign up and pay for PTA membership, a yearbook, and moreWe are excited to offer a new on-line payment system again this year. You can get everything done in 1 place! 

Step 3: Fill out the Directory Form for your child to be included in the directory.

Mexican Independence Day Parade

Lineup at 10:00 AM

Join us in a Lily B. Tradition to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! On Saturday, September 13, we honor Mexican Independence Day with our very own Lily B. float!

Participants will meet downtown at 10:00 AM in the parade line up, which starts at the corner of E. 15th Street and Calhoun Street across from the Water Gardens and Convention Center. The parade starts at 11:00 and runs until approximately 1:30 PM. Look for the Lily B. Banner.

Dress in festive clothing to celebrate Mexican Independence Day or in your red Lily B. t-shirt. Please bring blankets, hats and instruments that can add to the décor of our float. Participants will receive FREE DRESS DAY! If you have any questions, please contact Kimberly Miller via email:

    Homework passes will be awarded to children whose parents attend this meeting in their student's homeroom class.

  • Help in our Library!
    Sign up here to help Mrs. Parchman in our Library. The days and times each class visits are shown, so you can sign up when your child may be visiting the Library. Possible duties will be reshelving books, helping the students choose books, and checking books in or out. Please include your name, contact number, and e-mail address when signing up as library times occassionally change. 2014-15 Library Schedule

  • Yahoo/Boohoo Coffee & Flag Ceremony
    Plan to head to the library for coffee at 8am on the first day of school (Aug. 25) after you've dropped off your child.  You can meet and mingle with other parents and then head to the school-wide flag ceremony on the lawn at 9am.

  • Meet the Teacher
    Drop by the school this Thursday, Aug 21, with your student(s) to meet their teachers.  There will also be a Gently Used Uniform Sale going on and an opportunity to buy Spirit Wear for the year.

  • Student Handbook
    The 2014-15 version of the Student Handbook has now been posted here.  Please note that we do not send home a paper copy of the handbook.  We do send home an acknowledgement form for you to sign to verify that you have read the Student Handbook online.  It contains lots of valuable information:  parent involvement, grading guidelines, medicine procedures, testing standards, homework guidelines, attendance policy, dress standards, transportation information, and more.
